1. About signedin

signedin is a staff attendance, GPS check-in, and payroll tracking platform operated by Agora Construction Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@signedin.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your company to register an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your company to these terms.

3. Account Registration

When you register, you create a company account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@signedin.co.uk

All new accounts are subject to approval by signedin before activation.

4. Free Trial

New accounts start on a free trial plan. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will notify active users at least 30 days before any paid plan takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use signedin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the platform to process data of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable UK law
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties

6. Staff Data & GPS Tracking

As a company administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of signedin complies with UK employment law and data protection regulations, including:

• Informing your staff that their attendance and location data is being collected
• Obtaining appropriate consent before enabling GPS check-in
• Processing staff data in accordance with UK GDPR

signedin provides the tools — you are responsible for using them lawfully.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into signedin (company data, staff data, attendance records, payments). We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally perform maintenance that results in brief downtime. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, signedin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Any loss arising from your reliance on the platform for payroll or compliance purposes

signedin is a tool to assist with attendance tracking — it does not constitute legal, financial, or employment advice.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@signedin.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
